Never let a good idea go to waste

Following the lead of American eugenicists, in May 1933, the newly elected National Socialist government of Germany signed into law a"Law for the Prevention of Hereditarily Diseased Offspring", which prescribed compulsory sterilization of the mentally ill or congenitally deformed. Some 360,000 people were sterilized by 1939.

Once that door was opened, others followed. In August 1938, for the good of society, the Reich Committee for the Scientific Registering of Hereditary and Congenital Illnesses was instructed to begin registering children and infants with deformities or mental abnormalities. The secret killing of infants with abnormalities began in 1939 and accelerated with the outbreak of war.

The categories of illnesses and conditions that merited ‘mercy killing’ soon expanded to disabled adults and institutionalized mental patients. The State Secretary for Health in the Interior Ministry justified the program both as a mercy for those afflicted as well as saving the state the costs of caring for those of ‘life not worthy of life.’

This program had widespread support of the medical establishment and was backed by laws. Medical review boards were established to review cases and consult with relatives and guardians where appropriate. However, the pretense of consultation was very rapidly dropped. Next of kin were told their relatives were being sent for evaluation and treatment, but later received notice that their relative had passed away from pneumonia or other innocuous causes.

By 1940 the program expanded into Poland and the occupied territories. Experimentation with ‘humane’ extermination methods eventually led to gassing and other industrial killing methods, which went on to other uses. By the end of the war it has been calculated that around 300,000 people had been exterminated as part of the T4 program, although accurate numbers are difficult to determine.

After the war, the leading doctors and administrators involved in the T4 program and other medical experimentation programs were arrested and tried in the so-called Doctor’s Trials at Nuremberg. 23 doctors were tried, 7 were acquitted, 7 were sentenced to death and the remaining were imprisoned for various terms. Importantly, in terms of medical experimentation and treatment, the Nuremberg Code established -

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

And then Covid happened and the hyped up fear of a minor respiratory illness led the political and medical establishment around the world to take a giant steaming shit on the Nuremberg Code and all our natural human rights in the interests of medical tyranny.

With Nuremberg so easily brushed aside, it was only a matter of time before the psychopathic globalist elites dusted off the T4 program. Back on 8 July 2010 at the Aspen Ideas Festival, everyone’s favorite eugenicist, Bill Gates, flippantly commented that later life health care gives us “nothing” and that we need to have a discussion about ‘death panels’ to make end-of-life health care decisions. Well, if you only consider human life as a dollar value equation - as the elites obviously do - spending money on someone with a chronic disease doesn’t sound economical. However, I doubt Bill would hold quite such a mercenary opinion if it was his life in the balance.

Overly enthusiastic and sensationalist ‘independent’ reporters have falsely claimed that Gate’s 2010 speech was made at the G20 summit in Bali in October 2022 when it was actually made in 2010. It doesn’t mean that he doesn’t hold this view today.

Canadian Mercies

Over recent years, several European and enlightened countries have legalized medically assisted suicide for people with terminal illnesses or medical conditions which make quality of life unbearable. These laws required an assessment by medical professionals to ensure that the person requesting assisted suicide was of sound mind, not coerced, and their medical prognosis was indeed dire. However, in March 2021 the Canadian parliament introduced the C-7 amendment to the criminal code for Medically Assisted Dying which expanded the scope of euthanasia and entirely did away with safeguards.

The core of the change is summarized in the second point of the preamble:

Whereas Parliament considers that it is appropriate to no longer limit eligibility for medical assistance in dying to persons whose natural death is reasonably foreseeable and to provide additional safeguards for those persons whose natural death is not reasonably foreseeable;

C-7 has removed the terminal, medical nature of euthanasia allowing it to be implemented for any reason. One of the use cases suggested by its authors was to allow the poor to ‘die with dignity’ and indeed this has already started happening with applicants being approved for euthanasia solely on their economic status.

For cover and pretense, a review panel considers each applicant on their merit, but in WEF captured Canada, this panel has already demonstrated it has fully embraced their depopulation agenda.

The Canadian C-7 eugenics scheme is so broad in scope that a ‘drift’ towards the mandatory euthanasia policies of the T4 Aktion program is foreseeable. How soon before the review boards cast their cold, psychopathic eyes on retirement homes, mental hospitals, disabled children and adults and people in long-term care? Not too long I expect - for the benefit of society, of course.

And when we say society, of course we mean the budget. An addendum to the C-7 Bill outlines the forecast cost savings in health care and welfare. In 2021 6,465 Canadians availed themselves of the C-14 euthanasia program (for terminally ill) which saved the Treasury a net cost of $86.9 million Canadian dollars.

Under the C-7 program, the government of Canada forecast an additional 1,164 ‘volunteers’, resulting in an additional cost saving to the Treasury of $62 million Canadian dollars. Combined the two schemes will deliver cost savings of $149 million. The report helpfully comments (my emphasis):

Summary table 2 presents the incremental financial impact of expanding MAID as proposed in Bill C-7. The gross reduction in health care costs is estimated at $66.5 million. As can be seen, even though the number of incremental MAID deaths is 82% smaller than the number of MAID deaths under the current legislation (Bill C-14), the gross reduction in costs is only 24% smaller since newly eligible patients under Bill C-7 are expected to initiate MAID earlier. The cost of administering MAID is estimated at $4.4 million, and thus, the net reduction in health care costs for provincial governments will amount to $62.0 million.

Certainly the Treasury can expect to see ongoing reduction in expenses if the poor, ill and unemployed can be shuffled off the mortal coil sooner.

Some in Canada are beginning to wake up to the obvious evils of this scheme, but countervailing voices are actively suppressed in Trudeau’s utopia. It will only be a matter of time before similar legislation appears in other countries and euthanasia clinics begin popping up in suburban streets.

The psychopathic elites believe in their own invulnerability, but then so did the administrators of T4 Aktion…..

“The King in Yellow” by Robert Chalmers, one of my favorite weird fiction writers starts off his leading tale, “The Repairer of Reputations” with the introduction of a government sponsored “Lethal Chambers” for voluntary suicide in the US.

In the city of New York the summer of 1899 was signalized by the dismantling of the Elevated Railroads. The summer of 1900 will live in the memories of New York people for many a cycle; the Dodge Statue was removed in that year. In the following winter began that agitation for the repeal of the laws prohibiting suicide which bore its final fruit in the month of April, 1920, when the first Government Lethal Chamber was opened on Washington Square.

I had walked down that day from Dr. Archer's house on Madison Avenue, where I had been as a mere formality. Ever since that fall from my horse, four years before, I had been troubled at times with pains in the back of my head and neck, but now for months they had been absent, and the doctor sent me away that day saying there was nothing more to be cured in me. It was hardly worth his fee to be told that; I knew it myself. Still I did not grudge him the money. What I minded was the mistake which he made at first. When they picked me up from the pavement where I lay unconscious, and somebody had mercifully sent a bullet through my horse's head, I was carried to Dr. Archer, and he, pronouncing my brain affected, placed me in his private asylum where I was obliged to endure treatment for insanity. At last he decided that I was well, and I, knowing that my mind had always been as sound as his, if not sounder, "paid my tuition" as he jokingly called it, and left. I told him, smiling, that I would get even with him for his mistake, and he laughed heartily, and asked me to call once in a while. I did so, hoping for a chance to even up accounts, but he gave me none, and I told him I would wait.

It was, I remember, the 13th day of April, 1920, that the first Government Lethal Chamber was established on the south side of Washington Square, between Wooster Street and South Fifth Avenue. The block which had formerly consisted of a lot of shabby old buildings, used as cafés and restaurants for foreigners, had been acquired by the Government in the winter of 1898. The French and Italian cafés and restaurants were torn down; the whole block was enclosed by a gilded iron railing, and converted into a lovely garden with lawns, flowers and fountains. In the centre of the garden stood a small, white building, severely classical in architecture, and surrounded by thickets of flowers. Six Ionic columns supported the roof, and the single door was of bronze. The inauguration ceremonies were in progress as I crossed University Place and entered the square. I threaded my way through the silent throng of spectators, but was stopped at Fourth Street by a cordon of police. A regiment of United States lancers were drawn up in a hollow square round the Lethal Chamber.

On a raised tribune facing Washington Park stood the Governor of New York, and behind him were grouped the Mayor of New York and Brooklyn, the Inspector-General of Police, the Commandant of the state troops, Colonel Livingston, military aid to the President of the United States, General Blount, commanding at Governor's Island, Major-General Hamilton, commanding the garrison of New York and Brooklyn, Admiral Buffby of the fleet in the North River, Surgeon-General Lanceford, the staff of the National Free Hospital, Senators Wyse and Franklin of New York, and the Commissioner of Public Works.

The tribune was surrounded by a squadron of hussars of the National Guard. The Governor was finishing his reply to the short speech of the Surgeon-General. I heard him say: "The laws prohibiting suicide and providing punishment for any attempt at self-destruction have been repealed. The Government has seen fit to acknowledge the right of man to end an existence which may have become intolerable to him, through physical suffering or mental despair. It is believed that the community will be benefited by the removal of such people from their midst. Since the passage of this law, the number of suicides in the United States has not increased. Now the Government has determined to establish a Lethal Chamber in every city, town and village in the country, it remains to be seen whether or not that class of human creatures from whose desponding ranks new victims of self-destruction fall daily will accept the relief thus provided." He paused, and turned to the white Lethal Chamber. The silence in the street was absolute. "There a painless death awaits him who can no longer bear the sorrows of this life. If death is welcome let him seek it there." Then quickly turning to the military aid of the President's household, he said, "I declare the Lethal Chamber open," and again facing the vast crowd he cried in a clear voice:

"Citizens of New York and of the United States of America, through me the Government declares the Lethal Chamber to be open."
